  Advertises being open 24/7, DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT. I've seen it closed more than I have seen it open late at night, sometimes they close as early at 10 and cone off the entrances. For a 24 hour fuel provider and one of the only ones on the A281, this is absolutely horrible and misguiding people not familiar to the area. Cannot believe they can have a "open 24 hours" sign put up when they're doing this.

  Was advertised as 24 hours and to be honest its hardly open into the evening let alone 24 hours. Fuel prices are more expensive then local garages within a few extra miles either direction on A281. Being its M&S dont expect reduced price items or bargains. A packet of Haribo is £1 at local corner shop but nearly £2.40 at BP Alfold. Staff are slow and with hardly any custom focus. Store is tidy to a point and it gets busy morning and afternoons but thats a clash of slow staff and peak hours. I was really looking forward to the BP when it was being converted as live in the local village and its treated like a village store but the opening hours, slow staff and price hikes has turned me away and drive to Tesco Or Shell (Broadbridge H) 12 miles away and its still cheaper and Open.
